Looking for bulk sfh/sfr and REOs in the US

RFQ Details

I work with 2 main funds.

FUND 1:
3M+ purchase price of SFH rentals only. 90% occupancy bulk packages.

FUND 2:
100K minimum/average purchase price of REOs, etc. at 70% ARV. Doesn't matter if vacant or not as long as numbers are there. There are no limit to purchase price but they clearly like more expensive homes.

If you have access to something either of these funds would be interested in, let me know. Both are nationwide.

Place on excel spreadsheet along with asking price (be realistic with the price).

In order to work something out, I MUST have the direct seller's name and phone number to quickly arrange a deal. NO BROKER numbers or it won't go.

How is the broker getting paid? By the seller or other means? I want to make sure everyone is accommodated.
